The funniest thing I experienced while living in NC – was the rule for drinking at Sunday Brunch. You could order your Bloody Mary at whatever time, but they couldn’t serve it until 12 noon. … At one restaurant all the drinks would be lined up on the bar, a huge bell would ring and the servers would make a mad dash to handout the cocktails! It was hilarious!!
